relationships in action.

We don’t just buy coffee, we work shoulder to shoulder with the communities who grow it.
We lead and implement projects that improve lives, build opportunity, and create lasting change from the ground up.
Because sustainability isn’t a label, it’s action.
When communities grow stronger, so does the coffee they produce.
And that’s the impact we’re here to make, together.

supporting girls' education in Ethiopia.

through menstrual health

3775  kits distributed.

For over a decade, our journey has been one of compassion, resilience, and hope.
It began with duffel bags filled with menstrual kits, hand-carried from New York to Ethiopia, each one a lifeline for a girl in need. Today, that mission has grown into a powerful partnership with a local factory. Reusable menstrual products are crafted to last, giving girls not just supplies, but dignity, freedom, and the chance to stay in school.

worker housing restoration in Nicaragua.

empowering lives one home at a time

100 renovations.

Behind every exceptional cup of coffee are farm workers who deserve more than fair wages, they deserve dignity and safe, livable homes. Each year, we select a group of workers to receive home renovations that transform their living conditions and uplift their everyday lives. The result is powerful: renewed morale, stronger communities, and workers who return not just to work, but to build better futures for their families.

92 homes rebuilt.

When disaster destroyed homes and hope, we didn’t wait, we acted. We stood with coffee farmers, rebuilding their homes, restoring their confidence, and helping secure their future. Because every cup of coffee reflects the strength and care of these communities, and we’re proud to have been part of their recovery.

Many farm workers live in deeply challenging conditions, often unseen and overlooked in a system where farmers may have greater access to resources and opportunities. While some benefit from growth, countless farm workers continue to face daily hardships that go unnoticed.

When we encountered one family living in unsafe and difficult circumstances, we knew we had to act quickly. With the help of a local architect and engineer, and in close partnership with Karen Mora, Jose Gomez, and Weykman Jojoa, we came together to build a safe and dignified home.
