Return Policy

Returns

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email info@thinkcoffee.com within 14 days of receipt. Please provide us with your name, order number, and your reason for returning the item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

The cost of shipping is at your own expense.

Returns are not accepted for gift cards.

Refunds

We are able to issue refunds to your credit card. We will issue a refund either upon receipt of your return, or as specified in our communication with you.

Exchanges

We only accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. Please email info@thinkcoffee.com with your name, order number, and reason for exchange.

Partial Refunds

We may issue only a partial refund if:

Your item is returned after 14 days of receipt.

Your item is returned to us damaged or incomplete.
