Our first coffee from Honduras is finally here. Nelson's seedling came through the farmer who helped make the varietal famous in Honduras, with a connection back to the original mother plant.

Direct trade means coffee is purchased directly from farm owners. While this can mean higher prices paid to farm owners. It does not ensure that farmworkers who do most of the labor benefit.
We go beyond the purchase to verify that farmworkers earn a livable wage and support long-term projects that strengthen farming communities.
