Jorge Lagos has a long-standing commitment to experimentation on his farm in Dipilto, Nicaragua. His Java varietal - originally cultivated on the island of Java in Indonesia - has flourished in Nicaragua’s high-altitude soil under his care.
This lot offers the clarity and sweetness the varietal is known for, with a distinctly elegant Nicaraguan character.
