Our partner, Jorge Lagos, is a farmer who is always open to trying new coffee varieties on his farm. He has had great success with Java, a coffee originally from the Island of Java in Indonesia, which grows exceptionally well in Nicaragua due to his meticulous planning and impressive farming techniques.
